I'm beginning to detest the number 10.25 followed by the percentage sign. Whoever thought of loans with high interest rates should be beheaded....quartered, hanged, tarred and feathered, buried under a pile of old bones or something..
I haven't researched for whats current (not as if I could restructure also because I don't have any extra to lower the amount)...the thing facing me now are those numbers....
Ok, now I know you're a bit serious ... relax ... you have the caliber of a top notch executive, you can't simply do nothing, how does accepting few consultancies sound?

3) gold bullions
for the first, they are looking for those folks who may need a loan to finish their say project of a resort or hotel etc.
I think USD 10M minimum :-)
