Watch out for the Venus transit tomorrow....anybody alive today who will be able to see it, won't be alive the next time when it does happen again :-)

    In answer to my own query, you can read this article and see the websites which will show live streaming video of the event - http://earthsky.org/space/view-may-20-annular-eclipse-and-june-5-transit-of-venus-safely This was passed on to me by a co-multiplier.

    to protect the eyes...

    kind of reminds me of what my mom said...sa panahon daw nya e kukuha sila ng pieces of glass, then move it over a fire para yung soot will form a black layer on it, then gaze into the sun using that pag may partial eclipse :-)

    in this case e para yatang sun with a nice tiny dot ang Venus sa gilid
