its official Doc Philip - "ber" months na..and by next month, there's going to be free "painit" (its something like you have something hot to eat during the very early mornings though its not breakfast).... for the Misa de Gallo mass attendees passing by that road too :-)
please check the picture as this is how I eat the fish (naka-grill), though its also used for ceviche (I like another type of fish for my ceviche pero I don't know what its called in English as its a smaller kind of fish).
the above is just a note...hahaha..coz I was just bringing my phone to the resto (so parang FB na status lang)...photos to follow later..
nowadays though, nakakasawa, if you ask what white fish it is in restos, thinking maybe they will serve lapu-lapu, blue marlin, danggit (yes, those used for the crispy danggit grow up and are lovely for grilling), kitong (ewan sa english)....
e ang fish ay cream dory usually sa fish dishes ngayon dito
you are way ahead of the Christmas eating season...inggit ako.

ReplyDeleteI didn't order one, as I already had a cup of Vietnamese coffee 1 hour before at home :-)
ReplyDeletekaya bug-eyed ako and hyper...hehe!
as long as may life, may food trip
ReplyDeleteBug-eyed? Hyper? After just one cup of coffee? I guess you're a tea-person rather than a coffee-person.
ReplyDelete...yummy!...
ReplyDeleteyes, guilty as charged...
ReplyDeletethough funnily enough there are times, you give me coffee and I either feel hungry after or go to sleep....

Kumakain din ako ng mackerel. I think they make canned mackerel parang sardines.
