ReplyDeleteLike "breakfast in bed," is that the idea? Only in the Philippines, what can I say.

ReplyDeleteI used to walk from Luneta to Baclaran along Roxas Blvd (Dewey Blvd. in those days) taking in the scenery and the world-famous sunset along the way. Is that still a good idea today, considering the safety and pollution situation?

ReplyDeleteAng ganda sa pictures ng Manila Bay and environs. Now, if we could only clean it up. : )

Why is that? Are they dumping raw sewage into the Bay? Nuong araw simoy hanging dagat dyan. Balak ko pa namang maglakad uli from Luneta hanggang Baclaran pag-uwi ko next year. Sasamahan mo ba ako cuh888?

yeah, it’s sad. i remembered having lunch by the bay with the hub a year ago, it was a disappointment, not the food, but the waters…a lot of garbage and it stinks. =(

ReplyDeleteThey also have this at Greenbelt, cuh888.
That newly renovated area where the Cinema fastfood used to be.

ReplyDeleteI didn’t know but I just found out there’s a similar restaurant here offering horizontal dining with “richly upholstered leather beds and silk pillows and affordable tapas served on trays.” The name is Sanafir and it’s right in downtown Vancouver. Kung gusto nyo we’ll go there in Bacchanalia 2008.
