Linda Goodman's Sun Signs: Aries

http://mizian.com.ne.kr/englishwiz/library/names/zodiac/aries.htm
I don't remember where my copy of this book is lying about nowadays, although I know it is in Cebu City. It has been ages since I last read any passage from that well-thumbed favorite. Thanks to the internet and my best friend Mr. Google..I found this link.

The first time I read the book cover to cover, and for the fun of it, I tried identifying the characteristics of my network of friends and relatives. Although this endeavor was not met with great success as I only knew the Sun Signs. I could not plot out the complete chart of the people I knew, from their Moon signs, ascendants and to what their houses had at their time and place of birth, I still had a jolly good time analyzing why X, Y or Z was like this or that.

Reading it also helped me a little bit in unraveling some mysterious patterns....

....i.e. why I do jive comfortably with Air Signs and Fire Signs the most (luckily, my parents are both Fire Signs, though our poor house has suffered the brunt of our skirmishes *grin* ....sometimes though I think my dad is Scorpio, being born on the cusp - how else could he have survived living with two Aries women in his household?)

...why I have a good relationship with Water Signs (the cardinal sign of Cancer, regardless of general moodiness is also a trend in my friends, as well as the fluid and sometimes fickle Pisces);

...why when it comes to financial and practical stuff, I can sync with the Earth signs (I miss my Virgo friends...they were sweet...and practical!).

Nowadays, I only ask a person what their Sun Sign is after I've interacted with them for some time, then I try to see if it matches with what I have read. Granted, it will not be a complete picture of how the person views the world in general or how I can relate to him/her but sometimes general characteristics do ring true for a sign. You just need to be a bit more observant than usual *Grin*

Maybe you will like reading about your particular sign, and you can do so by exploring the other links on this site.

Have fun!

  6. I think there's Leo between Cancer and Virgo. But I do take that as a compliment that you think I am a Virgin.
