One of my fave 80's songs: Bette Davis Eyes
Along with some of Blondie's songs, I kept replaying this way back in the 80's on my old cassette recorder antique. By Kim Carnes, another singer-songwriter with the wonderful raspy voice, this pays tribute to Bette Davis, another old-era actress.

ReplyDeleteyesterday night nagkita yung ibang taga OneAsean na group to meet with the administrator (and probably founder din)..I just had dinner with them (Che made habol) but they proceeded to Red Box...hahaha..di na ako humabol..after my phone conference, I was just yawning...and I don't sing...hehehe..
actually for me da best dito yung lyrics.

ReplyDeleteor maybe I say it kc yun yung din nadinig ko during my time...I remember listening to American Top 40 every Sunday and hearing those from Spandau Ballet, Culture Club, Blondie, DuranDuran, Sting and the Police, Cindi Lauper etc.
