  4. Interesting. Check to see if Green Tea also contains vitamin K, if so, it is dangerous for people with high blood clot risk.

  6. moderation is the name of the game I guess...

I admit though that I really do drink a lot of tea everyday..more than 2 pots which I brew and sometimes put into a glass container in my ref...could be green tea, red tea and black tea..haven't opened my white tea yet

  7. hi Nonzki...

yeah, I remember Oselle and I had chatted about white tea before when I posted about it earlier somewhere on this site...

white tea is not as processed as the black tea so I think its better...

  8. Hi Cat,

We drink a lot of Green Tea. Nearly always with dinner. Be sure to get the good stuff as the low grade stuff can be quite bitter.

    Take care.

  9. Green tea is in my list of very good supplement. But I don't think I'd rely on it for all the promises or potentials that it offers. : )

  11. hmmm...I wonder if I have overdosed Ted :-)

I brew 2 pots of tea a day, green, black, white tea or sometimes red tea (diff) and I always make sure to refll my pitcher in the ref if I get a hankering of cold tea...

which means I probably drink more than a 1 liter of tea a day...in addition to water an occasional teh tarik (yes, I still have 'em) or salabat (ginger tea)

  14. hi Sir B,

I love green tea but more as a dessert, not as a drink...although I still have some green tea powder I got when I was in Japan and whisk it up once in a while with my lil bamboo brush, I prefer having the cake (or the kasutera) or green tea mochi or green tea flavored sweet stuff...

I don't really think about all the bad or good stuff in relation to what I imbibe, I'm of the opinion now that everything we eat or drink is just subject to all kinds of discoveries...

for instance take eggs, I think before they said the yellow was good, the white was bad...and then it was the opposite...then there's rice etc. etc....pretty soon they will say drinking water is bad too..so to keep my brain matter intact, I don't think about it too much anymore :-)
