I actually saw first the tv series True Blood on Cinemax...then I got the books...I enjoyed the books so much more though..but the series was fun and of course, sexy ang labas ng mga vampires ehehe...different ni sa Twilight ha..

  2. ah yes, i've heard about true blood, sukie stackhouse or something, from Pat of course. i've also caught glimpses of ana paquin all grown up and 'vampy' [lol!] in cinemax. but i don't follow it, like i don't follow twilight, he he.

    i'm sooo boring! lol!

  3. you may enjoy the books though...humor and irony and sarcasm..but not too heavy...

I haven't even seen the second season..maki eye-candy galore pa all over the place ang mga vamps don...

yung Twilight kong familiarity by accident pa yon...and all because two guys bought me to the movie (akala siguro alam ko and that I would be screaming my head off etc.) after the movie..I was asking myself what the hoopla was all about..mabasa nga..kaya ayon...*sigh*

  4. my sister is a twilight freak... she listens to the audiobooks all the time. i tried it once, i hate bella's voice there.

  6. ah...maybe thats the reason...anyway, I think my imagination is still better when I read books than relying on audio books...

you know the movie of a dragon and a knight..I think it was Dennis Quaid as the parang teacher of an evil prince, tapos the dragon Draco was voiced by Sean Connery? I can't remember the name..but well, it certainly was a thrill (and a distraction) listening to a dragon with Sean's accent hehehe...I loved it though (coz I love Sean Connery!)

  7. yes, yes, yes!!! i know that movie! dragonheart and the dragon was named Draco! i also enjoyed it a lot, ibang iba ang mga boses na ganyan! the likes of james earl jones.... GAling!

  8. ah yes, James Earl Jones voice really lends that kind of majesty to the character...teka..di ba nandon din sya sa Conan na movie?

este..so ang point ko is...unless naman they hit a good VA for a part...buti pa yata yung VA sa audiobooks ganon sa movie if the movie is a hit...(but maybe nauna naman ang audio books kaysa movie..hmmm)
