ReplyDeleteNever destroyed since its construction in 1537, Inuyama Castle's donjon is considered Japan's oldest. The castle stands on top of a small hill next to the Kiso River, and offers great views of the surrounding region from its top floor.
From 1617 until the end of the feudal age, Inuyama Castle served as the seat of the local Naruse lords. Today it is one of only four castles which are designated national treasures. The other three are Himeji Castle, Matsumoto Castle and Hikone Castle.

ReplyDeletenaku, baka mag shopping galore ka...hehehe..
wahaha..adventure din kami Che w/ Ramel...
ReplyDeletenagkita na kami kanina..alam mo ba it was easier to meet w/ him than w/ Ted? I arrived in Nagoya around 12:02 pm and I first tried to get my bearings in the Nagoya station (medyo mas nahirapan ako nito kaysa Osaka), then went to the INformation Center to get some maps, then called him na...para di masayang oras e sabi ko how about if kita na lang kami as station (buti may car sya kc usually I go to the ryokan to check in the bag eh)...so after a quick lunch for me, buti na recognize nya ako..or rather my big blue bag standing near the entrance to one of the local subway lines...
dala nya youngest nya..nakakatuwa...so glad you had the idea of having me meet him..sabi nya next year daw oi..tawagan sya pag punta ka or ako or both of us dito sa Japan...
Thanks for takings along in your adventure/travel take care
ReplyDeletethanks po for coming over...hope you can also go to Japan and share your adventures :-)
