did u bring antibiotic ointment...if not betadine na lang...malinis naman dyan, walang alikabok so good chances of not getting infection.
ReplyDeletewhat happen???? sorry I don't often come here. ^^
ReplyDeletehi Doc Philip..
ReplyDeletenope, didn't bring..didn't expect any cuts to happen..
and actually wala namang cut...if there is any damage it is under the skin, walang open cuts or anything, thank goodness...na-protect yata sa pants and coat ko when I fell over...esp yung sa escalator...
yung sa floor mismo na trip over the bag, unless nag knee pads ako, there was no help for it...
I wonder how dancers do it..all that spinning around on the floor and being thrown around...masakit yan...and for sure may bruises..
yo P'Mod :-)
ReplyDeleteoh its ok..embarassingly enough on Friday last week I encountered two things -
1) first accident was me falling over an escalator in Odawara station in Hakone, Japan...didn't recover my balance when I grabbed my bag which was falling over the escalator due to my backpack pulling me backwards
2) fell over my bag which sort of locked when I turned around...so I really fell flat on my..nose..ehem..this was in Tokyo already :-(
as a consequence, I didn't meet up w/ Ted the first time...coz I was late in getting to the train when going to Tokyo from Hakone
and the second time, I got on a train going the opposite way of the loop so I was quite late too in getting to the station I was to meet up w/ him..oh dear...
Well now you can be a dancer diba! You have the bruises to prove it
ReplyDeleteOhhhh...........I hope you get better soon. Behave yourself and don't get more hurt. ;)
ReplyDeleteI think the hot baths do wonders for your sore knee.
ReplyDeletediosme...and to think I used to just watch how they seem to make it so effortless when I watched episodes of 'So you think you can dance'
ReplyDeletethanks my friend...I've now really tried to be holding on to the handrail or other support even when I am hurrying down the stairs during transfers..and I'm prepared to throw my bag down if need be :-)
ReplyDeletereally? actually I've kept my knee out of the hot water, I thought kc baka the hot water would make it inflamed...
ReplyDeleteglad to hear you're alright..it could have been worst.accidents do happens all the time but it can be prevented. think ahead and be aware of your surroundings and try to be more careful next time. payo ni kuya rom
ReplyDelete*sketches a salute* yes po Kuya Rom..dahan dahan na sa train stations bahala na mga tao...
ReplyDeletesiguro next trip isama mo na knee pads sa list mo. :P
ReplyDeletePati butt-pads :-)
ReplyDeleteI think Ozzie, dapat suit of armor....bwahaha!
ReplyDeleteshoulder pads sa clothes pwede gamitin (hahaha..o di ba, travel light nga eh)
