Wasting all this cool air and electricity!     so...mga concerned citizens sa Tokyo...hala, pasok kayo lahat sa stores na yan para magpahangin..tapos wag kayong bumili...

    it is and it isn't :-)

    however, I do feel for the other Japanese folk who do sacrifice and sweat in their homes and offices...in order to try help the strain
