Quiel on the way...
ReplyDeleteNot to mention there are floods up to the neck already in Calumpan, Pulilan and other parts of Bulacan (though that was due to release of water from 6 dams)...
ReplyDeleteArah!..maybe we could have them film the sequel to Kevin Costner's Waterworld this week while all this is going on...
hay nako...naaawa na nga ako sa mga taga Bulacan.
ReplyDeletetrue...at di pa tapos ang release of the water....
ReplyDeletepati rescuers nagpapa rescue na ....
bless my friend's soul..she has been boiling 1000 eggs all day and night with bottled water in tow to give residents who were affected in Bulacan...now lang sya naka stretch and will need sleep...tomorrow is another day...and let's pray that water subsides...
ReplyDeletesimple and effective...
ReplyDeletesana mas maraming ganon din na makatulong sa ating mga countrymen..
ok din sana saging, pero baka mahirap din yata bitbitin by herself versus boiled eggs
apparently sa news now, they just said the flooding is not just because of water released from the dam...but also from rain water pang iba sliding off the bald and bare mountains of Sierra Madre.
I hope that not just the bayanihan spirit of Filipinos will be called but that people will learn from their mistakes and plant more and more trees instead of chopping them all down...has nobody remembered anong nangyari sa Ormoc flashflood years ago?
Please take care!
ReplyDeletethanks P'Mod...just rain here in Metro Manila, though in the news we are seeing the towns further up north to be more badly affected...
