A slow boat to China, Siberia or even Timbuktu (can this be reached by boat?) seems somewhat appealing to me as of this moment. I'm now again bone-tired.
If only I'm still there I could invite you for a retreat in our house in Ilocos, you could certainly get away from it all and get rested. And that is as far as Timbuktu it seems. I feel you. I think I had plenty of mental rest after my Mom passed away but I am having difficulties with my jet lag as I went straight to work the day after I got here. You need to get away from it all even just for a week. Do something different to refresh your mind, both mentally and physically. Take care Cat!

Mommy Loy had recounted bits and pieces (may highlights on the food) of the recent trip you had with her and Tita Hedy. I have not had time yet to see the pictures or comment on them (I hope by April at least I can catch up on some of my personal stuff) so I will just treasure the imaginary scenes I have in my mind at the moment.
Yes, parang the Lord has planned beforehand for me to get away (though still can't help but worry) for this week :-)
