Blissful Ignorance Anime Fanfiction Archive, dedicated to Heero and Relena of Gundam Wing

When it came to mechas, I wasn't that far behind, although I was still more into historical stories like "Rurouni Kenshin" and comedy-action like "Ranma 1/2". Too bad my fave site for Ranma 1/2 and "Inuyasha" seem to be out of commission nowadays as it had the most up to date translations...

Anyways, for mechas you can't say no to "Gundam Wing" and with five cute boys - Heero Yuy, Duo Maxwell, Trowa Barton, Quatre Raberba-Winner and Wufei Cheng plus the one and only Princess Relena Darlian.....mix it up with some political drama and action...your anime experience will only be half-baked if you don't check this particular series in the Gundam Wing universe.

    these are giant robots usually used for fighting and you have pilots controlling them (mechanical -> "mecha"..usually bipedal)..

    Have you seen "Vandread" or "Vision of Escaflowne" (I like the Gregorian chant theme) - though in the latter it beats me how a big cloak wouldn't hinder a mecha's fighting skills...

    It takes patience to weave thru the complicated political plot of Gundam Wing...but thanks to it, naging mahilig na rin ako ng ganon na anime...di lang ako nagkokolekta ng action figures though...

    Mecha prounounced as me-ka not as me-tsa. Me-tsa sounds unsanitary though. : )

    yes, from the Japanese word "meka"...
    LOL
    ngayon ko lang napuna you na you might have seen the "cha" as "tsa" and not "ka"...
    metsa..rhymes with petsa..ay naku..result ng stress to...

    Etsas my dear Visayan friend means crap. So if you say me-tsa and your are not too careful you might end up saying me-etsas. May dumi. May crap. May excrement. : (

    I was wallowing in blissful ignorance...(which happens to be also the site I was pointing to)...but then I am now an enlightened user of 4 new words this week...from buryong, diskitahan, dangkal..and the most unexpected...etsas.....
