Amorsolo's Women Concealed and Revealed

I am going to miss this, because I will be on my way to the airport..and too bad too..as it would have been free of admission for the employees of the company I work for. *sigh*

On November 7 and 14, 2008 (hey, why didn't they tell us earlier?)
at this hour, with P200 admission fee.

    btw, I think till next year, if my memory serves me right...free yata kami sa mga ganito sa Ayala Museum..hehhee..so yayain ko kayo dyan once in a while para naman feeling artsy ako...

    Ngek. Friday evening pala ito. HIndi ako makakapunta at may meeting ako sa Port Area. Masarap lang pag opening, madali mag-photo ng exhibit. Unlike when you go there with hardly any people. Baka masita pa ng gwardiya at mag pagsuspetsahang gagawa ng forgery. Marami kasing fake Amorsolos.

    ^^sarap naman! pumunta na kami ni alyson kahapon sa Ayala Museum. =) Sana meron rin akong kilalang artist who will paint me..errrrr, nude? Haha! Pero wala naman akong korte kaya kahit hindi nalang nude! =D

    how was it naman? parang until March yata yung exhibit no?

    I just re-read the company email, I can visit this museum for free (probably just once though) until Nov 4 of this year

    while the event above has been finished...I re-read the email because I remembered that I saw Amorsolo's women banner recently when I passed that way due to an eyeball with some OneAsean friends.

    Ground Floor will have the scenographic works of Eduardo Sicangco

    Second Floor with be diorama of Maritime Vessels

    Third Floor will have Amorsolo's women, Pioneers of Philippine Art Damian Domingo

    fourth floor will not be free..it contains Pre-colonial treasures in the Philippines, Embroidered Multiples (18th to 19th century Philippine costumes), Chinese and SE Asian Trade and Ceramics in the Philippines

    sure, when are you coming over to Makati...we can check the sked sa museum..open naman sila din on SAt/Sundays...I will see if I can drop by on Friday and ask din...

    cge, am ok saturday afternoon or sunday...saturday morning kc plano ko pumunta sa legaspi st market..I wasn't able to go there last week coz I forgot I was going to buy carabao's milk :-)
