Step 1:
Acquire and consume the following -
One fresh strawberry cake (like the one in the picture somewhere on this blog).
One pot of hot green tea (leave the pot behind so you can re-use it again)
One pot of irish breakfast tea
One pot of english breakfast tea
One pitcher of salabat/ginger tea
Lots of water, as much as you can stand
Vitamin C tablet
One Apple pie
One macha roll
Step 2:
Gargle with Betadine oral antiseptic twice a day
Decision tree: did it work?
If yes, congratulate yourself and eat more cake if you have it on hand.
if no, repeat step 1 and 2 till it does work.

so the easiest way was to boil some penne I had left (the last of the Mohicans na to..)
and swirl in it the last of Ms. G's pesto...
