Although the first book in the "Twilight" series of Stephanie Meyer that I read was "Breaking Dawn", I liked it the least.

    and yes, I have a bad habit of reading the end of a book (or series if I can get my hands on it)...if I don't like the ending, I skip the book :-)

    Twilight is certainly a successful series.

    successful yes, and maybe due to the target audience I can turn an unconcerned eye on the overall quality...

    this is not to say I do not like Stephanie's Twilight...but it is not something I would choose to re-read once in a while...

    weirdly though, I liked her unfinished "Midnight Sun" better (written from Edward's POV)...
