The GOOD: I've just been to 10 Dove Street here in Cebu...*burp, burp, burp* -> Delicious and filling gourmet sandwiches with your choice of soup, salad and a slice of yummy cake - all for Php 185 (~USD 4.04)! The BAD: my memory card for my cam was left at home :-(

    My mom had Roast beef sandwich with all the trimmings
    Broccoli and Cheese soup
    Harvest Apple salad
    Slice of Banana Swirl

    I had
    In the Sea sandwich (fish & caramelized onions etc)
    Creamy Squash soup
    Newport salad
    Slice of Mango Pandan cake

    pictures using my cam's internal memory and cellphone to be posted later :-)
    quite a find!
    I spent around Php 600 (includes tip, no service charge) all in all - this included a slice of Decadence chocolate cake and a slice of Triple choco cake, and our drinks.

    good thing I was super starving earlier..

    of course...I am so glad that Pat had that mysterious (for me at least) post about wanting to go to Dove Street...

    I purposely told my mom that we had to do grocery shopping today at Country Mall..mwhahaha..para side-trip sa Sto Nino village.

    reasonably priced, lovely settings and atmosphere, mwahsarap (as Val would say) and nice people serving us..

    ...oh and kami ang nagsara sa place ...even if may work and phone conf pa ako, I really made it happen that I could go there and rush back home to do my work ...

    Everything you & your Mom's escapades plus the chow down was super & absolutely very relaxing aftermath...you & your Mom are reall good buddies as well as a wonderful MOM...happy to see you both having the bst of time!..
