  1. what's stopping you from brewing a pot of tea and chomping on chocs? even while working? *wink*

  2. I'm a coffee guy actually. ;-) I think there might be some chocolate around here, but not Belgian dark chocolate.

  3. hey, that reminds me...there was this link to a test which determined what kind of coffee drinker you would be...

ah..but you are in Japan..easy to get hold of chocs like that *my turn to be salivating, just envisioning a mountain of chocolates*

  4. There are types of coffee drinkers?

Okay, that is true, we can get just about any kind of chocolate, but it will always be way over priced. Sadly the Japan price is applied to nearly everything.

  5. yep..my friend Chito posted a note about it just recently :-)

    he posted here ->

and this was the content in his note ->
What coffee are you? See - http://au.news.yahoo.com/thewest/lifestyle/a/-/food/6774893/your-coffee-reveals-your-personality/

hmm...isn't anything there at all cheap or very reasonably priced?

btw, yesterday, I was amused at this maid cafe in Japan which was featured in the news...I caught the tail end of it, but the theme was more for old Japan-style maids...not just the usual frilly-skirted young things...

  6. I guess this one is me.

THE BLACK COFFEE DRINKER: This type is all about minimalism and takes a no-frills, direct approach to life.

The black coffee drinker can be quiet and moody but prone to brief bursts of extroversion. "A difficult but potentially rewarding friend, colleague or partner," James and Moore say.

Those maid cafes are to rip off those otaku in Akihabara.

  7. hmmm...I've never thought of you as quiet and moody...but I could be wrong..after all how can that be seen in Multiply ...hehehe!

ah..but the business-minded owner sure does make a lot of money..this one though had the servers and customers actually learning about some of Japan's history..so ..I guess I can comment saying that's one good thing coming out of it..

  8. This was the best fit. I don't think I am moody at all, but I am often minimalist and no-frills, just check out my Multiply page ;-)

  9. oh, but I remember the first theme you had which I saw...very Japanese...and more than "minimalist" I would say *wink*

course now, its a diff theme and definitely no frills ...

  10. LOL that's true about that Japanese theme I had back then. I've decided to stick with the theme I've got now which seems not to get distorted by oversized photos etc. and can be changed easily by changing my avatar and Home photo.

  11. your avatar always kept changing, although less often than how I changed my theme :-)

you are right, themes provided still have errors (not that I should complain much as they are for free hehehe!)

  12. You're right about all the themes. The price has to be taken into consideration. ;-)

  13. still, if one puts out something out there, shouldn't it have some standards..hahaha...

basically am trying to overturn the idea that one shouldn't complain coz of the cheap price or even if its being free...paradigm shift

  14. hmmm....does it actually go together?

  15. i would rather have biscuits with your tea...anong tea nga pala?

    ReplyDelete
  16. actually it does!

I never paired tea before with my chocolates, but when the teammate who sent me the chocs said she did it..I tried it at once, it goes well together.

Of course, the tea I drink doesn't have sugar when I pair it with the chocolates. Its either tea + chocs or tea + milk and then chocolates.

  17. I tried it with English Breakfast tea, Irish breakfast tea, (both with splashes of goat's milk) and I will probably try green tea with one of the chocs I got which has green tea :-)

I have lots of other tea here at home, but since I put milk with my tea, am more of the black tea/english breakfast drinker.

Haven't tried it with Earl Grey for now.
