Golly, its December, its nearing Christmas, but I'm having "bungang-araw" at my back......ang init!

    in Cebuano or Bisaya..its bungag-singot (fruit of the sweat? eherm)...

  6. Dito naman sa Vancouver it's unusually cold for this time, hindi pa winter pero nag snow na. We're supposed to have the mildest weather in all of Canada, and yet we're now into 2 C daytime and - 4 C nighttime. I think scientists call it climate change. Brrrr

  9. I've just rolled myself in cornstarch powder....hmm...pwede na akong ifrito :-)

    which is no joke, kasi mainit din parang pinirito ako....

  10. some try 70% alcohol( ethyl or rubbing alcohol)....or use Lacticare 2,5% lotion apply thinly 1-2x day.

Doc Philip....eto na punishment ko for being too matakaw...tingin ko sa kakaubos ko ng maraming eggs...(hehehe...yung one sitting na kain of at least 6 tocino del cielo...*wink*)..aggravated by the heat...lately ang init sa magdamag....though its slackened off now due to the rain yesterday...

    thanks for the tip po...actually I bought (phew) Elica yesterday..before that I finished off the last remaining Diprolene cream I had...nag-alleviate konti plus a generous dusting of cornstarch powder (sa Johnson's di yung sa cucina...hahaha) before I go to sleep or go out..
