    thats what California Pizza called it sa menu nila...

    probably because it is white - walang tomato sauce...

    oh btw...

    mozzarella, fontina, ricotta, parmesan and pecorino romano..with the spinach and garlic..

    first time ko na taste to..thanks to Tita Lou, Joey and Mar for suggesting my trying out spinach!

    hi Mar,

    I vaguely remembered kc when I was on my way to Glorietta na parang may nakita akong California Pizza before...and after rewinding my memories, I remembered I had brought my parents there for lunch a long time ago sa Greenbelt 5..

    so retracing my steps..nandon pa rin pala sya..hahaha..malapit sa Chili's and that garlic thingie restaurant...

    I still prefer really the tomato-sauce slathered pizza, but this is not bad...
    they have another spinach pizza, which I said next time na...besides sabi ng server mas masrap daw to eh...

    kung may futuristic story na ang tao ay may nanobots sa katawan (been reading some sci-fi stories on these nanos reshaping the body)
    eto naman version ko yata....and if they keep me thin...e inggit lang ang walang ganon *wink*
