Even the most expensive Portuguese sardines I know (Mabuti brand) were gone from the shelf by the time I went to buy some groceries. Sosyal!

  4. Masarap yang Mabuti, saka yung Tome brand na Portuguese sardines gusto ko rin. Mahal ba mga yan sa Pilipinas?

  8. hmm..dunno about Tome coz I always save up for Mabuti...I think mga 170 or 180 pesos per small can..probably laman mga 5-6 small sardines...hay..sarap..tulo laway ako..

  12. Whaattt? I heard there were some increases in the prices of basic goods, even while govt officials say there's a price control BUT...for the relief items itself to be sold (donated pa, sold pa rin ulit), grabe nga!

    please don't tell me they are saying they are selling it off to raise funds??
