My Travel Checklist:: Medicines

* Vitamins (good for whole stay)
* Paracetamol
* Medicine for Montezuma's Revenge (aka Diarrhea medicine)
Colds medicine
Cough medicine (but my cough syrup is too bulky)
* Band aids
Insect Repellant
Anti-itch cream (ever since I almost drained to the last dregs the medicine tube of my Japan hostess hehehe)
Antibiotics cream
Motion sickness medicine
Sleeping aid (not really, as I can drop off like a log)
* Antibiotics (ever since I got a really bad toothache while in China)
Tiger Balm
Betnovate cream

* I always have them in my toiletries bag

  1. You can save weight by dropping the Vitamins, they're not needed fr a healthy person that maintains a healthy diet.

  5. For prescription drugs, make sure you have a copy of the prescription or a label with you and your doctor's names is on the container to prevent any airport hassle specially in North America.

  7. oh yes, I'm now always bringing with me (even to the office) at least 3 of the antibiotic tablets prescribed for me by my dentist.

    I forgot to add painkillers..though I always bring one biogesic with me in my shoulder bag wherever I go..

  10. I did. Alanganin, di na kaya....so pushed through with trip to China at that time and risked it. Anyway, nilagyan naman ng pasta..tapos paalis na ako bukas...e may problema talaga yung tooth na yon even with the new filling...

  12. This is so true. Specially, if you are hand carrying liquid medicines, even at 4 oz. sizes.
