    had difficulty lining up the lines...almost gave up coz I got cross-eyed but I'm glad I persisted if so...

    This is the National Center for the Performing Arts in Beijing, China.

    Che, Loo and I were just walking around after our brunch..then we saw this dome from the distance and walked towards it. Voila!

    Thanks Cat. The one in Singapore is patterned after the Durian Fruit. If you go inside, well..... it smells really nice:-)

    Di ba meron na. Yung Cultural Center of the Philippines. Naka patterned after a kahon:-)

    hi Mar,

    where will I be this August?
    wala pa rin akong plans or tickets pa even if may 4 days sana akong off dahil sa holidays...I've been running around trying to decide nga eh..Davao ba or Macau/HK...

    since I've been in Beijing already (late na post lang like this picture), e gusto ko sana Shanghai for the Expo...

    thanks for alerting me to that :-) automatic naka-2010..you are right, it was in August last year (golly how fast time flies!) with Loo and Che.

    it is not part of the Olympic village...but is immediately to the west of Tiananmen Square and the Great Hall of the People, and near the Forbidden City...

    gotta say, the Chinese do have this way of selecting inspirations from nature which translates into gorgeous architecture...
