comfort food for dinner: cream of mushroom (with extra cream and goat's milk) + toasted pancetta tesa + honey oat bread -> *sigh* chewing with my right jaw now...

  2. uhm..I tasted clear mushroom soup before sa Wok Inn..parang yung mushroom flavor is not infused enough in the clear liquid..

  6. I'm a sucker for mushroom soup, most of them creamy. The clear one that I like is that of Trellis in Diliman, Quezon. I pair that with crackling liempo.

  9. I remember way back.
    Fresh mushrooms (from the Phil.) with tomatoes, garlic, onions, ginger all packed in banana leaves and then grilled.
    It's very good with steamed rice, and that's what I would count as one comfort food too.

    one month, I was having it twice a week at least...tapos sumakit ang paa ko....nag comment si Sir B baka daw yata gout...and mushrooms? or something like that...

  11. ayos..there's Tapa King very near here...at least di na ako mag-cook ng champorado in my kitchen...I end up being intoxicated by my tablea..(choco tablets)
