Just got back from Batanes, and I am a prime example of what graduated filters look like. *Grin*

  1. the skin under my tshirt looks fish-belly white :-(

while the arms peeking out look lechon-red crispy :-)

so even if I take off my tshirt, it looks like am wearing a white bodyfit tshirt...hehehe!

  2. hi Meann!

the weather was hot and humid...and we only had very few rainshowers...the raincoat I brought along was useless unless I got stranded and had no clothes left in which case it would have been my costume for the rest of my stay :-)

Batanes is lovely, lovely...kulang ang araw..should have been 4 days at least.

I enjoyed it very much (inspite of the lack of sleep and super-tired days). It was like doing a photo-lakad while being cooked by the sun...hehe!

  3. So what did you do in an exotic place like Batanes?
I heard there's a new kind of bird discovered from there about a year or so ago.

  6. @ Mar - oh..apart from subconsciously imitating tinapang pusa (yuck)..I loved climbing up and down hills (but luckily not being chased by irritated cows and water buffalos) and looking at lighthouses..

ah sorry, the only wildlife I saw were the aforementioned animals plus some very surefooted goats and one ram and a crane (I think)...

should be at least 4 days sa trip talaga in order to be more leisurely...
