Dec 8, 2007 - Abject apologies sprout from my lips. I just came across the Philippine Opera Company (POC) while on a stroll on GB5 when I was experimenting with my camera. Obviously, this video was just on the fly and looked like it was taken by somebody who was drunk coz it was pointing all around..hahaha.
Never mind. Just listen to their voices to get a slight taste of opera. The POC performed a gamut of songs leaning towards the Christmas season.
I had to leave since I was looking for dinner but hearing them belt out classical merry tunes was enough of an appetizer and gave me a better enjoyment of this month.
Too bad I didn't have enough space nor battery anymore to record at least one complete rendition of a song but it may be enough to have you dig out your opera cds.
