During weekends, I usually log in to Yahoo Messenger (YM) for the free yahoo music :-)
Aside from chatting with friends scattered around the world, one thing I really enjoy after listening to Soft Rock, Adult Alternative and other categories, is listening to "My Station" where I have set my preferences.
I always make a point to listen to the 80's hits..because well, "panahon ko". I still believe some of the best hits from that decade are classics until now. So Spandau Ballet, Culture Club, Duran Duran were staples for me, even Cindi Lauper then but although some people may not be overly familiar with his work, Howard Jones' songs are also particularly delightful.
It so happened that I was humming along to Howard Jones' Everlasting Love when of all things, the music stopped. And unfortunately I could not rewind back to the song which I liked not only for its beat but also for its lyrics.
This was the reason I've chosen to post some of my favorite pieces from Howard Jones' hits because I could not rest easy in having the song cut just as I was ready to dance while cooking my lunch.
